Liability

The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of the participants during the duration of the conference. Participants should make their own personal arrangements.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing to the COSC 2026 Secretariat via email to secretariat@cosc2026.com and will be subjected to the following conditions:

• Cancellation on or before 30th June 2026: 50% Refund.
• Cancellation on or after 1st July 2026: No refund will be made. Nevertheless, a substitute delegate will be most welcome.
• No Show: No refund will be made.

If no refund is required but a change in participant registration is needed, then the Secretariat must be informed in writing via email to secretariat@cosc2026.com.

E-Certificate of Attendance

An E-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all delegates. After the conference, you may log in to your COSC 2026 account to download your e-certificate under DASHBOARD after submitting your feedback form.

Disclaimer

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all aspects of the conference as mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make last-minute changes should the need arise. If you are unable to attend the conference, you may change the participant's name for a participant of the same category. Please contact the conference secretariat via email to secretariat@cosc2026.com to request for the change.
